Nantahala Outdoor Center was mentioned in the July 2009 Southern Distinction magazine. The Stockton House (“A Piece of Heaven in the Mountains”) and several other Rabun County businesses were also mentioned (“Escape to Rabun” by Mary Boland ) in the June 2009 issue of Southern Distinction Magazine.
